- Assign or complete tasks that are done daily, weekly, or monthly around the warehouse, making sets of tasks that can be completed in a realistic time frame that make them easy to do and keep up on.
- Having the warehouse be an area that you can walk into and easily find whatever is needed.
- Keep inventory, scrap, warranty returns, and freight organized and manageable.
- Work with parts shippers and runners, helping to keep them on task and utilizing them to complete needed work at all locations.
- Tools, carts, and scan guns will need to be put back in their appropriate spots where everyone can find them.
- Bin location will be updated every day as needed, stock in new parts.
- Used warranty parts need to be shelved daily. Scraping needs to be done bi-monthly with any return requests being filled within two days of receipt.
- Cores will be processed daily as time allows.
- Claims or feedback forms need to be filed daily.
- Paperwork and office areas will be organized and cleaned daily.
- Used airbags and the area that airbags are kept in need to be organized and manageable.
- Check in and distribute all daily freight.
- Prepare wholesale deliveries to go out on time.
- Complete month manufacture returns.
- Boxes will be broken down and recycled daily.
- The warehouse will be swept, and cleaning will be done every day.
- Work with all parts personnel to coordinate work and assist as needed.
Qualifications:
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Warehouse or shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proven communication skills. and excellent attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Flexible schedule/able to work Saturdays.
